Relaxing and fun!
We were a group of friends that relaxed all day by the pool <3 The host is amazing, treated us with best cocktails and gave us all the right tips.. As for the glass Maisonette I love it, and most of all loved the price as it is totally value-for-money!Hope to return soon...

Amazing experience
I trully loved this place!I visited it with some friends and we had such a great time.The staff was so friendly and polite, the facilities were well-maintained, very clean and neat. They provided us with many suggestions regarding the beaches, the restaurants and other activities we may want to try in order to enjoy our stay in Paliouri even more.I highly recommend it!Their service quality has far exceeded our expectations!

A nice property close to wonderful beaches and restaurants

ο Γιώργος ένας υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης !! Το κατάλυμα ξεκούραστο, με design και υπέροχη θέα !! Το μπαρ και η πισίνα έκαναν την διαμονή μας πιο άνετη αφού είχαμε την επιλογή να μην πάμε στην πλησιέστερη παραλία.

Our special place
Is the most special place with amazing staff and the manager George who go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful time and everything you need. From the moment you arrived everyone is so pleased to see you and so welcoming. The place has amazing view of the sea as it is on top of a hill but 5 minutes away from several locations to beach - shops - restaurants and anything you would like. The house is a two storey building with big spaces - full equipped kitchen and a living room to enjoy - clean and brand new with pool view. During the amazing sunsets we ve enjoyed our cocktails next to the pool bar watching the views. We left while we were planning our next visit. Many thanks

Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο πρώτο πόδι της Χαλκιδικής. Πολύ κοντά στις πιο γνωστές παραλίες. Οι ανεξάρτητες μεζονέτες που προσφέρει ο Γιώργος σου παρέχουν μια άνετη διαμονή. Στα υπέρ του η καθαρή πισίνα και το μπαρ αυτής. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το συγκεκριμενο καταλυμα το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα σε ολους..πεντακαθαρο,ανετο,οικονομικο,αξιζει σε καθε περιπτωση..εμεις θα το ξανα προτιμησουμε..συγχαρητηρια στον οικοδεσποτη πολυ ευγενικος κ προθυμος ν μας εξυπηρετησει σε ολα..ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΙΚΑ ΤΕΛΕΙΑ ΟΛΑ...

Amazing , peaceful , great view , super clean
I stayed at Blue Avenue for 4 days. Mr Giorgos, the host of the hotel , was really helpful at any of our demands and well known of the around places (must to see ) , Restaurants , bars , nightclubs to suggest. Really quite place with an exceptional view. The rooms were spotless including all the necessary equipment in order to cook your own meal. (Good for families with small children) Extra tip: the precautions for the COVID virus. All rooms were sanitate and extra alcohol gels you can found in your bathroom as well around the open area of the pool. Thank you Giorgos ! Definitely one day I will come again !

Ιδανικός χώρος για να ηρεμήσεις, να χαλαρώσεις και τα ματια σου να γεμίσουν χρώματα!!! 5 λεπτά από πολλές πανέμορφες παραλίες με το αυτοκίνητο... όντας πάνω σε ύψωμα δίνει την ιδανική δροσιά το βραδυ .Τα σπίτια πανέμορφα και καθαρα. Το παλικάρι που μας υποδέχτηκε καταπληκτικός. Μας βοήθησε να μαθουμε την περιοχή εύκολα μας καθοδήγησε, μας έκανε καφέδες cocktails κτλ κτλ... απίστευτος. Ξανά πήγαινα ανετα χωρις να ψαχτω καπου αλλου!

Πρωτη φορα και οχι η τελευταια!!!
Πανέμορφος χώρος,μέσα στην φύση με θέα την θάλασσα...Πεντακάθαρο το σπίτι κ γενικά πολύ προσεγμένος και καθαρος ολος ο εξωτερικός χώρος.Ενα υπέροχο τετραήμερο με υπέροχους καφέδες κ κοκτέιλ στην πισίνα του καταλύματος και ένα συν ακόμα,το καταπληκτικό μπάρμπεκιου π διαθέτει για τους λάτρεις..Σαν εμάς!!!!Όσο για τον ιδιοκτήτη,προσχαρος κ πρόθυμος να σ εξυπηρετήσει σ ότι χρειαστείς!!!Συνεχίστε έτσι..
